The challenge

Bluegum was already running ads. expensively. Leads cost $230, half never showed to calls, and the numbers didn't stack up.

What we built

We rebuilt the offer and creative around first-home buyers, replaced the generic form with a qualifying funnel, and added SMS reminder sequences that lifted show-up rates.

The result

Lead quality changed completely. Eight in ten booked calls now show up, and the first quarter closed with four settlements, double the previous run rate.
